Tracks 05 - 08 Peel Sessions 07-10-2002
Tracks 09 - 10 Radio One Session 2003

Track 11 is from the Lamacq session which is also used in the Radio One show from 2003. With it's inclusion it in essence becomes the same set as the Lamacq session though the other 3 songs are not from the same recording. Of interest is that by including Tick in the Radio 1 session it becomes the only track to make an appearance in all 3 broadcasts.
