Fugazi Live Neighborhood House Madison WI June 19th 1990

Fugazi Live Neighborhood House Madison WI 06-19-1990

Sound quality is 'B+'.

Great sounding recording seeing as how it's at someone house, yes a house.

One of the great things about Fugazi was (is, maybe ,,, been pretty inactive over the last few, like 7 years) that they played everywhere from YMCA's to small clubs like the Riv to people houses if that was the best place for them to go.

And here is one fine example of Fugazi going into a medium sized midwest college town and instead of having the show at some 21 and over cock rock preppy bar went to some lucky persons house and, literally, rocked da house!

No it wasn't at a house. It was gymnasium in a community center called the Neighborhood House. It's a good sized room (basically a full-sized basketball court) and the promoter had built a 3-foot high stage at one end. I remember that it was hot as hell that night. My girlfriend couldn't see so she went up and sat on the stage. Afterwards she told me, "Guy sweat on me!"
